One of the goals of the IT-product is to be “highly friendly” to the user. In order to achieve this, the interface should be comfortable, practical and intuitive.
We will create a high quality user interface that will improve the resource efficiency.
When designing an interface, specialists must take into account all the details of algorithm development - starting from user environment and the type of software and the information of the visual image.
User interface design (UI)
User interface design (UI) or user interface engineering is the design of websites, mobile applications, and software applications with the focus on the user's experience and interaction.
The goal of user interface design is to make the user's interaction as simple and efficient as possible, in terms of accomplishing the user's goals - what is often called user-centered design.
Good user interface design facilitates finishing the task at hand without drawing unnecessary attention to itself. Graphic design may be utilized to support its usability, influencing how the user performs certain interactions and improving the aesthetic/appeal of the design; design aesthetics may enhance or detract from the ability of users to use the functions of the interface.
The design process must balance technical functionality and visual elements (e.g., mental model) to create a system that is not only operational but also usable and adaptable to changing user needs.
User experience design (UX or UE)
User experience design (UX or UE) is the process of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product.
User experience design encompasses traditional human-computer interaction design, and extends it by addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users.
User experience is any aspect of a person's interaction with a given IT system, including the interface, graphics, industrial design, physical interaction, and the manual.
Web design
Web design encompasses many different skills and disciplines in the production and maintenance of websites.
The different areas of web design include web graphic design; interface design; authoring, including standardised code and proprietary software; user experience design; and search engine optimization (SEO). Most of the time, individuals with different skills will work in teams to cover the different aspects of the design process, although in some cases, some designers will cover them all.
The term web design is normally used to describe the design process relating to the front-end (client side) design of a website including writing mark up.
